Congratulations on your iCare payment plan agreement.  We are happy that you have been able to get the service/treatment to help you and your family.

As outlined on your payment plan agreement there is a flat 15% administration fee added to the total cost of your service/treatment which is collected throughout the length of your plan.  The service fee is non-accruing and non-compounding.

Your primary account/s listed on your payment plan agreement will be charged a $4 monthly service fee.    The monthly fee includes the following iCare provided services;

I want to change my monthly payment due date:

Changing your payment plan due date is simple and can be done on any current account.  Simply contact your provider within seven (7) days of your most recent payment and they will happily assist you with changing your due date.  If you want to change the date of your monthly payment as stipulated by your payment plan agreement, you can simply contact you provider and request that they changed your monthly payment due date.

I want to revise my monthly payment:

At any point, while your payment plan agreement remains current,  you may contact your provider to adjust/extend your payments out.

I want to pay off my entire payment plan:

There are no penalties should you wish to pay off your entire payment plan. Contact your provider at any time and pay in full with no penalties.

Should you go into default you are entitled to the following services:

Account Specialist: Should you go into default you may contact iCare directly at 1-800.862.7908 and you will be assigned an account specialist to assist you with the following programs.

Hardship Program:  We understand that there are unforeseen and unplanned financial issues that may transpire.  Our hardship program enables you to adjust your monthly payments for 1-3 months, re-arrange payment dates or defer late fees as well.

Rework Program:  For longer term arrangements and upon qualifying, iCare will work with you to lower you monthly payment and or extend out your monthly payments with no additional fees or penalties.

Change of Payment method: We can extend various options including  electronic check, electronic Funds Transfer, and use of alternate debit/credit cards.
